Super "Intelec" System EC & MC Tools

The EC-Series of URYU popular Oil-Pulse Tools are equipped with strain-gauged torque transducer on the geared Oil-Pulse Unit and are matched with the Electronic Control Unit, model UEC-4500.

This URYU SUPER INTELEC system performs easy and strict control and monitoring of fastening torque and eliminates time consuming manual torque check for super quality control and higher productivity. Cautionary lamp and buzzer warn when some fasteners are missed or insufficiently fastened.

In addition to the control function, the control Unit UEC-4500 counts down the number of nuts or bolts after each fastening. This remarkable functionautomatically makes sure of perfect achievement of fastening of the required numbers of fasteners.
