Uryu Multiple Nutrunners are now very popular in various modern industries, especially in automobile assembly line, where two or more bolts or nuts must be tightened simultaneously at uniform torque.

UST (URYU Stall Torque) System

Uryu precisely made stall type torque control air motor spindles of either single speed or two speed are assembled into various multiple units to suit the customer specific requirements.

UMT (Uryu Minimum Torque Sensing) System

Uryu UMT comprises the normal stall torque air motor unit and the torque sensing device. The motor unit is held by bearing between the upper and lower plates and is joined to the reaction shaft of the torque sensing device.

UEC (Uryu Electronic Torque Control) System

Uryu UEC system comprises pressure control section, Air motor spindles, and Electronic control console. Air Motor Spindles are fitted with the buit-in two speed gear box and are equipped with the high accuracy torque transducers, which sense the applied torque and transmit signals to the Electronic console.
