Electric Oil Pulse Tools main features

• Since using the normal common power supply (AC100V-230V), the line-layout of production site can be easily designed with flexible usage
• Single cable connection between the tool and driver is used to improve the working condition for the operator. Power cable can be connected either top or bottom (handle grip) of the tool.
• The housing of the tool is made of Aluminum of which we have a long experience inPneumatic Tools for reducing the weight and increasing the durability.
• Using the brushless electric motor, the electrical noise from the brush is eliminated and both noise and vibration level has been reduced. The global cost reduction can be expected thanks to "maintenance free" Electric Motor.
• Using the simple Servo-Motor function, smooth start operation is achieved and the reduction gear is eliminated because of high output of the power.
• Based on our long experience of Oil Pulse technology, newly developed "one-piece construction" Oil Pulse Unit is employed for consistent torque operation.
• Compact handle grip is used for the maximum comfort for the operator with a feather touch throttle trigger.
• The function of driver is minimized, but it still has capability to connect with some peripheral devices such as bolt fastening device (UTM-1100) and torque controller (UEC-4500).
• Automatic power cut down device is employed against the abnormalities such as over loaded operation, electric leakage, cable damage and etc.
